Legacies
Atlanta, Georgia represents the home base for Martin Luther King, Jr. and his family of origin. Following a legacy of leadership, particularly spiritual leadership, during a time of segregation and continuous battles to have humanity recognized equitably, Dr. King grew into a formidable agents of change among his community.

Dr. King co-pastored at Ebenezer Baptist Church (this picture is from my visit ten years ago), near his home. The Martin Luther King, Jr. National Historical Park includes these sites among others to offer visitors a glimpse into the minister and civil rights leader’s life.
